2010 BESSIE Award

The ComputED Gazette selected Apangea Math as one of the publication's 16th Annual Best Educational Software Awards (BESSIE). Apangea Math wins the BESSIE for the Best Math Remediation Web-Site. The Awards target innovative and content-rich programs and websites that provide parents and teachers with the technology to foster educational excellence. Winners are selected from titles submitted by publishers around the world.

2009 Award of Excellence

Apangea Learning Writing was awarded the 2009 Award of Excellence from Tech & Learning magazine in the New Products category in education. Tech & Learning's Awards of Excellence program has been recognizing outstanding education technology products for the last quarter century. With a solid reputation in the industry as a longstanding, high quality program, the Awards of Excellence recognize the "best of the best" that help educators in the business of teaching, training and managing with technology.

2008-2009 Best in Tech

March 2009 Scholastic Administr@tor Magazine names Apangea Learning Math "Best in Tech" for supplemental math instruction. Scholastic Adminstr@tor Magazine presents leading thinkers from education and technology space in every issue, as well as showcasing the best practices from large and small district across the county. Their well-known "Best in Tech" program allows adiministrators to review the solutions they use.

Top 100 Educational Product of 2007-2008

Apangea Math was selected by US Superintendents, and readers of District Administration magazine, as a Top 100 Educational Product of 2007-2008. District Administration magazine identifies the best education products that will serve the needs of its readers in every issue, culminating in a year's-end Top 100 Products. However this year, Top 100 Products were chosen by its readers based on their firsthand experience.

Best K-12 Instructional Solution

In February 2008 Apangea Math was named a finalist for the Software & Information Industry Association's (SIIA) 2008 CODiE Awards - Best K-12 Instructional Solution. Established in 1986, the CODiE Awards celebrate outstanding achievement and vision in the software, digital information and education technology industries. Apangea Math was chosen from more than 1,000 nominations submitted by more than 600 companies. The CODiE Awards holds the distinction of being the only peer-recognition awards program of its kind in the industry, providing a unique opportunity for companies to earn the praise of their competitors.
