SmartHelp Math
SmartHelp Math provides one-student-to-one-teacher differentiated math instruction through a unique integration of proprietary tutoring technology and live certified teachers. As a Web-based application, SmartHelp Math can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection — ensuring that students can learn math anytime, anywhere.
A supplement to traditional curriculum, SmartHelp has been used for remediation and advancement in a variety of settings: second math classes, after school programs, summer school and beyond.
Based on one of the world's largest bodies of cognitive research, SmartHelp utilizes a skills-based problem solving process that teaches students how to break down problems into manageable steps.

Three Levels of Tutoring
SmartHelp provides a unique, three-tiered tutoring model that provides students with the right level of help at the right time. This one-on-one tutoring model has been proven to increase student achievement at an affordable price.
- Tier 1: Just-in-Time Feedback: SmartHelp's proprietary tutoring technology monitors student progress, while its computer animated learning coaches provide instant support and guidance for students when appropriate.
- Tier 2: Live Math Problem Tutors: Students requiring more specific support receive individualized assistance in real-time by our live, online certified teachers who communicate with the student through interactive voice and chat technology.
- Tier 3: Teacher-Led Concept Zone: When a Problem Tutor determines that the student needs concept level remediation, that student is transferred to a Concept Zone for a one-on-one interactive lesson that is conducted by live teacher in real-time through a virtual whiteboard.
